Gorgeous Baby Girl!

Remember little Miss Whitley? She just celebrated her first birthday {time flies!} and I had the privilege to work with this beautiful girl again.

Mama wanted a fun beach feel for Whitley's session and I was super excited. I mean, what better way is there to celebrate your first birthday than enjoying your very own cake, lakeside on a beautiful summer day, in an adorable swimsuit? Not many, I say! This was by far one of the funnest sessions I've done and I loved every minute. Thanks, Zac and Sarah for letting me capture these images of your sweet little girl. She is beyond cute.  I just want to squeeze her!

Have the happiest of birthdays, little sweetheart, and enjoy being ONE!

Sweet (literally) Sixteen.

*Warning. Bragging Ahead!

This gorgeous girl is my niece. Well, technically she's my husband's cousin's daughter (haha, did you follow that?), but she might as well be my niece. Chris and Brandon are more like brothers than cousins anyway. Plus she calls me Auntie Jenn. That makes it official. ;)

Hannah is a ray of sunshine. She's one of the good ones, folks.  I've had the privilege of watching her grow her whole life and it's so hard to believe she is sixteen already!! Truly, where does the time go? Hannah is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the out and I'm so thankful for the example she is to my kids, especially my girls. They look up to her so much and she is the type of role model, as a mother, I am thankful for.  She is truly a gem.

Love you, Miss Hannah! Hope you had the happiest of birthdays.

xoxo
Auntie Jenn

Van Alfen Family.

Another mini session on the blog today! Such a delight meeting and working with this great family. I still can't get over how beautiful all the girls are, as well as their long, flowing hair! Only in my wildest dreams could I have hair that pretty. I was a titch jealous. ;) This is only my second time shooting at this location and it is quickly becoming one of my favorites. So rustic, earthy and gorgeous.

Thank you Debra and family for having me out to do your pictures. It was so wonderful to meet you!
